Roasted Spaghetti Squash

  • 1 Spaghetti Squash
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper


  1. Pre heat oven to 425 degrees

  2. Cut squash in half length ways.

  3. Spoon out seeds.

  4. Add one table spoon of olive oil to each half of spaghetti squash and spread it around. It should coat the entire inside and edge of the spaghetti squash.

  5. Sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on the inside of the spaghetti squash.

  6. Place spaghetti squash face down on tin foil in the oven for 30 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and you can let it cool a bit (to make it easier to hold while you remove the insides), scrap the inside of the spaghetti squash with a fork. It will become noodle like!

  8. Pile a bunch on your plate and top with the Best Spaghetti Sauce Ever!
