My Baby turned 2 this week!!! I know every parent says this but, she really is growing up to fast. She’s talking and caring and funny and so smart! She’s stubborn and strong and loves babies more than anything else in the world… well besides her family. To be honest It’s a toss-up, which she loves more.
So for her birthday this year we threw her a baby doll party!! There really isn’t any other party theme that would really represent the wholeness of Miss Ivy Lynnkins. She is a girly girl and I love it. Big thanks to Shawnikins family for putting up with my crazy and helping me pull this whole thing together. I’ll be posting follow-up tutorials on a bunch of different things that we made for the party coming soon. So check back for those fun posts. And for everyone who couldn’t make it to Ivy’s baby doll party, here’s a glimpse into how it went down. So welcome to Ivy’ baby doll party. Come on in!

Thanks for the ideas. Want to do a party that doesn’t buy into a show. My daughter loves dolls and definitely going to use some of your ideas.
Oh, this is adorable – and the kids all look so happy! I love what you’ve done with the confetti in the balloons! I will definitely be keeping that in mind for future parties of my own!
Thanks so much Sarah! Yes just adding a bit of confetti to the inside of the balloons makes them just that much more special! I’ll warn you though, it’s a 2 man job. One person holds the small balloon opening open and the other jams confetti inside. And if the confetti doesn’t want to stick to the insides of your balloon just give the balloon a little static by rubbing the it on your head. Crazy hear… but worth it for fun balloons! (wink)
I love the colour theme! The pictures are so pretty 🙂 Such an amazing job!
Thank you Stephanie!
