HOW TO CREATE A BANNER FROM THIS FREE PRINTABLE ALPHABET
Supplies Needed:
- Printer
- White Cardstock Paper
- Hole Punch
- String or Twine
- Command Hooks or Painters Tape (to hang up your creation)
Method to Make Your Own Banner:
Step 1: Click on the individual letters above to download the letters that you need for you banner!
Step 2: Print out your letters onto White Cardstock Paper. Really you can print on regular paper, but cardstock is just more sturdy and durable.
Step 3: Once you have your letters printed, cut them out! You could use a paper-cutter, or trusty scissors work just fine too!
Step 4: Use a Hole Punch to create a hole in both of the top corners of each letter.
Step 5: String up your letters. Put the string through the front to back, then back to front, so that the string is hidden on the back of your letters!
Step 6: Attach it to your wall with something that is removable, so that you don’t ruin your walls. I love Command Hooks, or painters tape. Both are excellent at leaving the paint on your walls, without putting holes in your walls! AWESOME!
AWESOME WAYS TO USE THIS FREE PRINTABLE ALPHABET

HOW THIS FREE PRINTABLE ALPHABET CAME TO BE
I have a little secret! It’s about how this Free printable alphabet banner came to be… You know when you feel overwhelmed by all of your kids art building up all over the house… well!!! I have a hard time parting with their creativeness, so I decided to scan them onto the computer to save them, and to be able to look back on them, and then I don’t feel as bad putting their original in the recycling bin. BONUS! No more kids papers all over the house.
Well then I thought… I love their art so much why don’t I find a way to use it. And WAALAAA… the background of this banner was created! This is one of Corbin’s sponge paintings. I just blew up a part of the image that I liked, and used it as the back ground. I think it looks like a water-colour, but it’s really just Crayola Washable Kids Paint!!
I love finding ways to use their art!!
If you want to know exactly how I made this project using a free program called Canva, let me know in the comments below, and I’ll make a tutorial! I might just make a tutorial anyways, because it was so fun and easy! So then you can make your very own too!!
Until next time, enjoy your free printable alphabet, and create beautiful things everyday!
