This is Halloween, This is Halloween, Halloween, Halloween, Halloween… HALLOWEEN!! AHHHHH… This song plays in my head all season! And so do the thoughts of DIY Halloween decor, Halloween adventures, and of course Halloween Treats!! To celebrate the season we made these fun ghost and skeleton Halloween Treat Cupcake Toppers. But instead of putting them on cupcakes I put them on top of blueberry muffins, so the kiddos could enjoy one as an after school snack all month long. YUMMMMMMMY!

STEPS TO MAKE GHOST TREAT CUPCAKE TOPPERS:
Step 1: Melt your white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, in 30 second increments until the chocolate chips are completely melted, and yummy, and gooey!! Like this…

Step 2: Place your Mini White Fudge Dipped Oreo Thin Bites on a sheet of parchment paper, with a lollipop stick laying at the bottom of each cookie. Like this…
Step 3: Take a dollop of the melted white chocolate with a spoon and place it on the cookie. Then carefully swipe the melted chocolate down the lollipop stick to make the bottom on the ghostie! Your ghostie tail totally doesn’t need to be perfect, because what ghost is? Like this…
Step 4: Place two little silver ball sprinkles on the head to make the ghosties eye balls. Like this…
Step 5: Put them in the fridge to harden for 10 minutes, then carefully remove them from the parchment paper and place your Halloween treat cupcake toppers on the top of a yummy cupcake. Or like us (trying to be a little healthier this season) a delicious healthy Blueberry muffin! YUMMY!!
STEPS TO MAKE SKELETON HALLOWEEN TREAT CUPCAKE TOPPERS:
Step 1: Melt your white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, in 30 second increments of time, until your chocolate is all yummy and melty! Yum… resist licking it!!
Step 2: Dip your pretzels into the gooey white chocolate until they are completely covered, and then let dry on some parchment paper in the fridge for 10 minutes. Like this…
Step 3: Draw a skeleton face on the marshmallows with your black gel icing.
Step 4: Place a sliver ball sprinkle on each of the eyes to make the eyeballs. Like this…
Step 5: Stick the marshmallow skeleton head on the end of a lollipop stick. Then put the lollipop stick through 2 white chocolate covered pretzels (to make the skeletons ribs), and then stick your Spooky Halloween Treat Cupcake Toppers on top of your yummy Halloween cupcakes (or blueberry muffins… wink!). They make an fun spooky after school treat for the kiddos, or great Halloween class treat (if your school is aloud that sort of thing…).

- Melt your white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, in 30 second increments until the chocolate chips are completely melted, and yummy, and gooey!!
