Ingredients

  • Salmon I cooked half of a Costco salmon
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Rinse Salmon in cold water and place in on a tin foiled lined baking pan 

  3. Sprinkle on pepper if desired

  4. Slice lemon and place lemon slices on top of the salmon 

  5. Wrap Salmon in tin foil and place in the pre heated oven for 20 mins...Enjoy!!
