Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Peel and slice Carrots, and cook in a pot of water until tender crisp. (NOTE: Before draining water from carrots remember to save 3/4 cup of hot carrot water for your Sauce)
Place drained cook carrots in a casserole dish
Mix all sauce ingredients together and pour over the carrots.
mix melted butter and breadcrumbs together and sprinkle over saucy carrots
Bake for 30 minutes. DONE!
