Mom's Mustard Plaster for Turkey Recipe

Makes the most juicy and flavorful Turkey Ever!

Ingredients

  • Dry Mustard I'd say about 5 Tablespoons
  • Worcestershire Sauce I'd say about 1 Tablespoon
  • Olive Oil I'd say about 1 Tablespoon
  • Vinegar I'd say about 1 Tablespoon
  • Salt I'd say about 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper I'd say about 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a "Think Paste". 

  2. Rub thick paste or "Sauce" on the inside and outside of the Turkey.

  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before stuffing.


  4. Cook turkey covered at 350 degrees, for 20 minutes per pound!

  5. Remove cover for the last 30 minutes of cooking to help brown the turkey.
