Ingredients

  • 1 package of Italian sausage.
  • 1 package of ground beef
  • 1 Medium Onion chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves crushed
  • 2 28 oz Cans Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 6 oz Can Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Red Wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon FENNEL SEEDS!!

Instructions

  1. Sauté meat, onions, and garlic in a large sauce pan over medium heat until meat is browned.

  2. Add all other ingredients to the sauce pan. Mix Together.

  3. Bring the sauce to a bubble and let simmer for a couple hours, stir periodically.
